Hi Chris
Funny you wrote me, because I just talked to Masa the other day about writing you. But I can tell you that it is going really well. I love my job and the people that I work with. And the city is great too, just the place for me. On top of that, I got some great roomates, with makes it so much easier. There is a lot to learn at the job. The first days I thought I could never learn, but I am getting better:) Sometimes the language can be a problem, but that's getting better too. I just worked 11 days strait, so today is my day off. But it's not a problem to work that much when you like your job. Hope everything is great in Vancouver too. I haven't been skiing yet, but there is so much else to do in Banff than skiing. Thank you for finding me a great job.

ASTRID - stuepige i Jasper

Hey Chris
I'm great in Jasper. I am having so much fun here! I'm living with two french guys and other canadians in the backstaff building, and we are having a great time together. I feel very lucky with the people I live with and also the people I work with! I feel like I have a new family here... So that is nice! As for the job, housekeeping will never be something that I will love and be good at, but it is allright! I love the people I work with, so 8 hours a day does not feel that long, but I hope some day to do something else besides housekeeping. I don't know if I can do it in a hole year, but I hope I don't have have to! I'm planning on leaving in mid april to travel a month with a friend, and then maybe come back to Jasper and work again. Maybe even with decore, but I am not sure. But I love Jasper and the life here. It was very quiet when I got here, but now there is a lot of turist in town. And I love the skiing in Marmot. I have a season pass and go on my days off. It is great! Jasper has never seen so much snow up there before, and it is the best ski conditions ever! So I am lucky! And I love the wildlife here. There are elks and deers everywhere... Very nice. So I'm good and well again after a week in bed with the flu. It is so cold here and every staff has had it the past few weeks.

TRINE - kundeservice i Banff

Hi Chris,
Here at The Banff Rocky Mountain Resort everything is going perfectly fine. I love it here, people are so nice and friendly. And the powder at the hills is fantastisc right now!! Staff-accom is, as you told me not that nice. But I still love it, we have fun! I like my job, people are nice and you learn english really fast because you are in contact with people all the time.. Thanks to you for finding this job for me! I hope you had a good New Year as well.
